  • SGPT day.
  • Up 6am. Out 6.30 for AM run.
  • 12-1pm SGPT
  • Bike in the evening.

Sleep

  • I don’t want to sleep too late tonight. I want to be well rested, ready to work-out in the morning. It’s now 8pm. I have about 30 minutes to an hour to sort out the PEMS plan for tomorrow, after which I should aim to read and wind down for a 10pm bed time.
